General Shipping Note

Postal Package

All of our postal packages are standardised to carry 1-2 products only. If you order more than 2 products at a time, please be aware that they will be delivered in two or more separate boxes.  

International and EU Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to expand our shipping options soon. 

Processing Time Before Dispatch

Once you placed an order, please note that all of our orders are subject to a processing time of 3-5 working days before dispatch. Please note that we only process and dispatch orders on weekdays. 

Delivery Time After Dispatch 

Standard Delivery (UK Monday – Friday)

You can select your preferred delivery services (Evri or DPD UK) available at the checkout. The standard delivery service usually takes 2-3 working days.

For customers in Northern Ireland, please be aware that the delivery time may be longer. You may check with the delivery service that you have chosen at checkout. 

Next-Day Delivery (UK Monday – Friday)

This next-day delivery service is scheduled to arrive the following working day when dispatched. Please be aware that this service does not include weekend delivery. Please note that not all postcodes are serviced with the Evri or DPD UK Next Day Delivery option.
